In the open sea, rises from the depths a huge mountain range, whose summit is so high that it pierces the blue ocean, forming the beautiful island of Alcatrazes. There, in this small and distant piece of Atlantic Forest, animals and plants continued their evolutionary history in complete isolation from continental species. This made unique features emerge.
